Here’s how it works:

Sign up for a Tims Mastercard in the Tims Financial tile in the Tim Hortons app.

Once you’ve been approved and make your first successful purchase (within 30 days of activating your account), you’ll receive a digital Tims Gift Card at the email address that you used to sign up for your credit card.

For quick and easy payments, transfer the balance of your gift card to the Tims app.

Here’s how:

1. Head to the ‘Scan’ page in the Tims app.
2. Tap the ‘Tims Gift Card’ tab.
3. Select ‘Transfer balance.’
4. Enter your digital gift card details.

You can also use your digital Tims Gift Card by showing the QR code in the email you received. Simply show the QR code to a Tim Hortons team member at the counter.

Eligible new cardholders can receive a $20 Tims Gift Card from October 16, 2024 to November 30, 2024 as a welcome offer.

To receive the Welcome Offer, your first purchase must be made within 30 days of account activation.

New cardholders are only eligible for one introductory offer—whether you sign up online or in-person.
